Massage Therapy

MASSAGE THERAPY

Therapeutic massage designed to help improve movement and increase strength in areas that may be limited or weakened due to injury or chronic pain. During the session, the therapist will assess your range of motion, posture, and strength, and then use various techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and stretching to release tightness, increase circulation, and promote healing. The therapist may also incorporate functional movement exercises to help re-educate and strengthen the affected areas. The goal of this treatment is to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function, allowing you to move and perform your daily activities with greater ease and comfort.
